Karla von Browig, now Karla Browig, is one of the minor female supporting characters in "Hachinan tte, Sore wa Nai Deshou!" She is the youngest child of the former Margrave Browig and requested that she be removed from the family lineage.

She seems to be a beautiful girl that appears to have a bit of an Yamato Nadeshiko air. With a height of around 165 cm, her style was great. The size of her chest is probably between Ina and Katharina.[1]

Just until one year ago she lived in the capital together with her mother while receiving only a small allowance from Margrave Browig because he was afraid of his legal wife if she entered the territory. With her mother being an on-site wife for the time when Margrave Browig visited the capital and since her family was a poor appointed Knight household, it’s a fact that her grandfather and those around him sold her mother off for money.[2]
Except for a small living stipend she has been essentially abandoned by the Margrave and as the child of a mistress she was not even listed in the formal register as an heir to the Browig title.[1]
Plot[]
About a year prior to her first appearance, however, she was suddenly recalled from the capital to look after her ailing father, and was recognized as a child of the Margrave. When her father was nearing death, her two brothers then sent her as the "Supreme Commander" representative of the Browig feudal army that was attacking Margrave Bleichröder's territory. The military retainers of the two brothers actually led the army and she was sent because her brothers both wanting to be the next Margrave could not leave their dying father's side for fear of the other claiming that the father had named them.[1]
When Wend subdued the entire Browig army with a wide-area stun spell, she was captured as well. As Wend's party was the only group in Margrave Bleichröder's forces to contained women (Wend's fiancees), Margrave Bleichröder asked Wend to look after her during her time as a prisoner. During this time, Erwin fell completely in love with her, however she never responded to the obvious crush. During negotiations over the reparations for the battle, both brothers tried to push her as another wife for Wend which would have opened up ties of obligation between the families, but Wend politely declined.
Later, Wend used knowledge from her that the Browig family had another potential heir, her uncle, and he helped her convince her uncle to take on the title and had King Helmut recognize the uncle as the next heir, to remove the problematic brothers. In exchange her honored her wishes to be removed from the family register and be allowed to return to the capital, thus preventing her from being used as a political tool for marriage.
Eventually, she comes to visit the Count Baumeister territory, and brings along her childhood friend and now fiancee, who happens to look very much like Erwin.

Karla excels at archery, and took one of the top spots in the archery portion of the martial arts competition the same year as Wend competed. Her archery is so skilled, in fact, that when she was a prisoner she demonstrated her ability by shooting five arrows at a target about 50 meters away, with all 5 hitting dead-center and the last one even splitting one of the prior arrows down the middle.

Kamil Robert von Pflug[]
He is her husband and his resemblance to Erwin is uncanny. He is third son of the Knight Pflug household and she brought him with her when she visited Wend and his group to express her thanks. They were childhood friends and were not able to be together when she was part of the Browig Family. While they were younger she taught him archery and he placed first in the Martial Arts Tournament. After being recognized for his skill in archery the Margrave Holmer household hired him to teach archery. He was given a retainer position that is has inheritance rights.[3]
Erwin von Arnim[]
Karla is Erwin's first love interest. She never reciprocates the feelings, because she has a childhood friend back in the capital that she wishes to marry, but she also never clearly rejects him which he interprets as him still having a chance. When she later visits the Baumeister Earldom with her fiancee, it turns out that he and Erwin look very similar, and she was very happy with Erwin being so kind, finding it easy to talk to him because of how similar they looked.
Wendelin von Benno Baumeister[]
Wendelin is initially struck by her beauty, specifically because she appears to look Japanese. As he is caring for her as a prisoner, however, he slowly becomes convinced that he cannot have a romantic interest in her because she looks strikingly like his old girlfriend from back in Japan, and he has chosen to close that chapter of his life as he moves forward with his current fiancees/wives.
Additionally, Duke Bleichröder strongly is against any relationship between Wend and her because that would create a bond of obligations between his most important subordinate and the family of his rival Margrave Browig.

Karla is the youngest daughter of (the former) Margrave Browig, born of one of his mistresses, herself a daughter of one of his knight retainers in the capital.
Philip von Browig[]
Philip is Karla's oldest sibling, and is considered a skilled military commander for the Browig feudal army. He is engaged in a succession dispute with his younger brother Christoph because, even though he is older, he was born from one of Margrave Browig's concubines while his brother was born from the legal/first wife. He initially uses Karla as the representative for the army due to his needing to stay by his father's side during the succession dispute, but later plans to use Karla as a bargaining chip to secure better concessions after losing the war.
Christoph von Browig[]
Christoph is Karla's second-oldest sibling, and runs most of the civil and financial departments within the Browig territory. He is engaged in a succession dispute with his older brother Philip because, even though he is younger, he was born from the legal/first wife while his brother was born from one of the concubines. He initially uses Karla as the representative for the army due to his needing to stay by his father's side during the succession dispute, but later plans to use Karla as a bargaining chip to secure better concessions after losing the war.
Gerd Oskar von Browig[]
Her Uncle. She went to him and proposed him taking over the family from her brothers with the condition she is removed from the family books. He agreed and then King Helmut agreed to their request.[4]
